Design Software

Multi-body simulation (MBS) can be used to calculate and analyse the motion sequences of kinematic systems. In doing so, a prediction can be made with regard to velocities, forces and accelerations.

In the field of vehicle development, MBS systems have been used intensively for years and are particularly well suited for the design and layout of various valve train concepts.

In addition to the use of MBS software (Recurdyn), a number of other software solutions are in use, above all Matlab, which is an indispensable tool in the field of data analysis. Special extensions allow test bench measurement data (e.g. pressure curves) to be specifically and effectively evaluated and further processed.
